Legal status of homes for the disabled

Currently, the problem of disability of the population is given special attention by government agencies. However, the current legislation has a sufficient number of legal gaps in the provision of housing conditions to persons with disabilities, which necessitates increased attention to the problem of disability of citizens and the formation of a clear legal regulation that meets the special needs of persons with disabilities. To date, homes for the disabled have not been created in every region of our state, which makes it difficult to use the disabled person's right to housing provided for by law. This legal gap is a significant violation of the rights of persons with disabilities and is subject to resolution by the legislative bodies of our state.
