Legal basis of tourism management of the Russian Federation

The article traces the formation of the legal base of the tourism industry of the socio-economic complex of the modern Russian Federation, highlights the basic principles of structuring and providing tourism services. The legal responsibility of the authorities for the development of the tourism industry is emphasized, taking into account modern risks. Decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of tourism are typified in relation to the new circumstances of economic, social, political, general cultural determination.
