Dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of the concept, content and classification of legal examinations that ensure the effectiveness of lawmaking, law enforcement and interpretation activities based on modern information technologies and processes. With the help of general scientific and private scientific methods, questions of the theoretical and legal and practical nature of the use of digital technologies in various types of legal expert activity are considered.
