The legal description of the constitutional system political foundations of the Russian Federation

This article examines the political foundations of the constitutional system of the modern Russian state. The authors state that the analysis of the political foundations of the Russian Federation constitutional system is still relevant in the modern period. Some matters within this topic still have no universal form of interpretation. The political foundations study of the constitutional system is a necessary condition for determining the directions of improvement of the Russian Federation legislation, state policy, the modern activity of state authorities, local self-governmental bodies, and their officials.
