The practice of interrelation of political institutes and ecological movement in Russia

The article deals with the systemic characteristics (conditions and factors), defining the modern practice of interrelation of institutes of political power and civil society in the context of providing stable development. The author analyzes of nature-protecting activities of parties and public organizations (movements), and defines the trends in formation of new technologies and their interrelation.
