By ranking the factors influencing the effectiveness of smoking, it was found that the speed of the smoke mixture has a significant effect on this process. The optimal operating modes of the smoking installation were determined experimentally. In the course of the research, it was possible to find out that the highest quality product was obtained at a fan speed of 1080 rpm and a smoke mixture speed of 2.8 m/s.
