Effectiveness treatment of child acute sinuit

Allergic rhinitis is one of the reasons of acute rhinitis. Total 46 children were under the supervision and treated with acute sinusitis which passes with allergic rhinitis. Firstly nasal cavities were washed with salt water, at second stage we used spray of the Forinex which included corticosteroid, then at the third stage we used spray of the Forinex including antibacterial remedy.
