The difference in the structure of consumer incomes within groups is shown, leading to a decrease in spending on expensive food products as income increases. The presented price increase was a factor in the refusal to consume a number of food products. The discrepancy between consumption and nutrition standards corresponding to a healthy lifestyle for all income groups was proved, which determined the lack of awareness about the necessary consumption of households.
