Setting the task of assessing and predicting the effectiveness of production and transport and logistics chains in the context of interstate confrontation using non-military methods of force pressure

The statement of the problem of evaluating and predicting the effectiveness of production and transport and logistics chains under conditions of interstate confrontation using non-military methods of force pressure is formalized and justified. A description of the mutual influence of the social, economic and transport systems of the state in the form of a system of ordinary differential equations is proposed. To assess and predict the effectiveness of production and transport and logistics chains under conditions of interstate confrontation using non-military methods of force pressure, the formulation of a scientific problem is proposed and justified, its mathematical presentation is formalized. The results can be used in carrying out case studies on the development of a scientific and methodological apparatus in order to build transport and logistics chains in conditions of interstate confrontation using non-military methods of force pressure.
