Procedure for the implementation of court proceedings in abstract proceedings

In this article, the author will consider a number of problems and make a number of proposals for improving the legal regulation in the field of litigation in absentia proceedings. The article characterizes the conditions for the implementation of the trial in absentia proceedings, as well as reflects the important elements of the procedure for the trial and identifies significant features. Chapter 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, namely Articles 233-244, fix the characteristic features of the institution of absentee proceedings.
