The concept of social and legal policy

In this article the author analyzes the definitions of social and legal policy and highlights their specific features. The understanding of the definition of «social» is emphasized. The definition of social and legal policy of the state that combines general properties of legal policy and specific features stemming from the principle of the social state and the corresponding areas of government activity has been formulated.
