Age and sex characteristics of dynamics parameters of physical preparedness development level among 4-5 years old preschool children

An important practical significance in the aspect of organization, content and process management of children's sports education of middle preschool age is the study of peculiarities of indicators dynamics of personal physical training, as well as its basic components under realization of common in practice program and normative documents. This article discusses many year research data, characterizing development level of physical preparedness indicators among 4-5 years old children, which were studied differentially in the context of sex and age based on the evaluation of reliability of their changes and growth rates in a year educational cycle in preschool educational institution (PEI). The results were analyzed through the use of individual control exercises whose informativeness was proved in several studies [3, 4]. Peculiarities of indicators dynamics of physical preparedness level among children of middle preschool age were studied on the basis of integral indicators which generally characterize basic physical qualities. The values of integral indicators were calculated based on the transfer of test results into numerical estimation using developed proportional scales and their summing. This methodical approach allows to get an objective evaluation of development level of the studied quality.
