Political security as pivot element of national security guarantee for young Kyrgyz Republic

In this article the author loons at political security as a principal item in the system of the Kyrgyz Republic national security. General interpretation of such concepts as «national and political security» is given, the current situation and existing threats for safety of Kyrgyzstan described, interdependence of political security with other components of national security revealed. The author defines the significant role of political stability as a political security guarantee.
