Adolescence: problems of the formation of professional identity

The article analyzes the socio-psychological aspects of readiness for professional self-determination during adolescence in modern society. The purpose of the research is to study some aspects of adolescence, the formation of a teenager’s personal and professional identity and readiness for professional self-determination. Understanding by the teacher-mentor of the possible statuses of the formation of a teenager’s professional identity and the assessment of possible worldview “prejudices” regarding labor and labor relations would make it possible to better organize interaction with the student, build an individual trajectory of educational work, reduce the risks of ongoing professional orientation and pre-professional training. This study is being carried out as part of the implementation of a regional innovation platform on the topic “Prevention of juvenile delinquency in the ‘risk zone’ and ‘risk group’ through career guidance and pre-professional training in the context of additional education” on the basis of the “House of Student Youth “Magnit”.
