Physical activity of economically active population of Russia: the analysis of international experience, the hypothesis of problem solving

In the article the authors examine the problems of involving the economically active Russian population in regular physical activities and sport. The experience of some highly developed foreign countries in management of "sport for all" is analyzed. The causes preventing the working population from practicing regular physical activities are considered. Some ways of solving problems through the development of fee-based health and fitness services at the municipal sports facilities are offered.
