Prospects of the Russian economy transformation under «The Dutch desease» situation: raw degradation or innovative intensification?

The article contains the analysis of the Russian specificity of «the Dutch disease», identifies its key differences from «the Balassa-Samuelson effect». Special attention is paid to the problems of the commodity dependent economy and their possible solutions. The author considers the theoretical and practical aspects of the transition from the «demand-oriented economy» to the «supply-oriented economy», identifies existing barriers in the Russian economy. The article defines priority directions of the innovation support in the conditions of the fundamental transformation of the Russian economy.
