Prospects of development of Russian market of mergers and acquisitions: financial aspect

The article analyzes the role of the process of mergers and acquisitions on the Russian market. The authors studied domestic and foreign experience of studying of problems of mergers and acquisitions. The results of the analysis of prospects of development of Russian market of mergers and acquisitions of companies that had problems in the Russian market M&A. Special attention deserves the proposed solution to the problems of the Russian market of mergers and acquisitions. The essence of which is the development and implementation of integrated strategies for mergers and acquisitions to the beginning of the integration of the companies. Also, the authors analyzed the top 30 deals and M&A market in Russia for the period 2014-2016.
