In article the variant of solution the problem of recycling the out-of-date ammunition which contain blasting gunpowders inclined to exudation of nitroethers at long periods of storage is offered. Ways of possible neutralization nitroglyceric exudate on surface of powder elements with application of siliconorganic liquids or their emulsions are shown.
