Transfer of Russian army's field regiments to Siberia in 1744-1745

The article is devoted to the process of transferring five Russian army's field regiments to Western Siberia in the middle of 18th century. It was carried out due to threat of war from the Dzhunghar khanate, that explains undertime for this operation. On the other hand, there were some contradictions between different state departments, both central and local authorities, performing functions of military administration.
