A note in the USRN "On the possibility of electronic registration" as a new way of protecting a citizen's ownership right to a real estate

The article analyzes the new provisions of the Federal Law on State Registration of Real Estate on the mark in the USRN «on the possibility of electronic registration». The grounds and procedure for making a corresponding mark by an individual - owner of real estate are considered. The author concludes that the introduction of the mark creates additional guarantees for the citizen’s ownership of the real estate.
