Wastes as a geopolitical risk

An issue of wastes cannot be reduced to industrial pollution or to inevitable consequences of the wars, natural or manmade disasters. A production of wastes is an inescapable element of any mode of production. Wastes are inherent to all modes of production that exists in many forms, such as pollution, radiation, warfare, resources extraction, etc. The humanity enters the epoch in which the all-embracing manmade environment has become a producer of manmade risks, which are threatening the life on the earth. That is why wastes should be qualified as a global geopolitical problem.
