Бесплатный доступ

Based on the analysis of legislation on technical regulation and environmental protection in the context of environmental certification, the author concludes that it is imperfect, which is largely expressed in its omissions; the way out of this situation is possible through the introduction of amendments and additions to federal laws (the Law on Technical Regulation and the Law on Environmental Protection), the adoption of a general act on certification; in regional laws on environmental protection or in departmental regional acts, it is proposed to reflect the specifics of voluntary environmental certification and measures of state support for entities applying voluntary environmental certification; at the level of the Chelyabinsk region, the task is outlined to accelerate the development of a regional voluntary system of environmental certification, provided for by the Environmental Standard of the Chelyabinsk Region.
