Features of mortgage of land

In this article the author cites the fact that mortgage is the subject of attention of scientists and practitioners from the beginning of perestroika, analyze the situation prevailing in the market of residential mortgage lending in Russia and abroad. The most promising area of mortgage lending to the author devotes a pledge of land plots, points to a number of reasons for this importance.
