Specific features of restitution to the owner of a vehicle who has not insured his/her civil responsibility

Annotation (Description / Abstract). In this article, some trends in the development of legislation on civil liability of vehicle owners are stated. The algorithm of the victim's actions when damages are to be compensated is determined. Specific features in defining the amount of losses with reference to the relevant judicial practice are stated.
