Features of subjective signs of unauthorized connection to oil pipelines, oil product pipelines and gas pipelines

Introduction: the author highlights and considers the features in reglamentation of the subject and signs of the subject and the subjective side of the corpus delicti of unauthorised connections to oil pipelines, oil product pipelines and gas pipelines committed by an individual placed in administrative detention for the similar act. The goal of the research is to learn a new skill regarding particularities of the subjective side of the corpus delicti and work out conclusions and suggestions on improving their legal frameworks and the practical realization of criminal responsibility for unauthorised connections to oil pipelines, oil product pipelines and gas pipelines.
