The effectiveness of the organization of state and municipal procurement directly depends on the socio-economic development of the country. The purpose of this scientific article is to analyze the effectiveness of the contract system of the Kaluga region on the example of the Ministry of Competition Policy of the Kaluga region. The article investigates the dependence of the volume of purchases on the introduction and use of digital solutions, namely the automated procurement management system "WEB-Bidding-CS".
