Syntactic peculiarities of English internet comments of Facebook social network

The article represents the results of the research aimed at revealing the peculiarities of syntactic structure of Internet comment - the new genre of computer mediated communication. Results of the analysis of language syntactic system indicates the tendency of simplification of structures, wide use of incomplete sentences, violations in sentence word order. The given case of a research material illustrates the fact of rapprochement of written Internet communication to oral speech. It is shown that in Internet community the usual syntactic norms of communication caused by criterion of communicative expediency are formed.
