Specific features of dispute resolution in labor courts of the Scandinavian countries

The judicial systems of the Scandinavian countries include specialized courts; whose competence is to resolve collective labor disputes. The article is devoted to identifying the features of the process of considering cases in these courts. The advantages of having labor justice in the judicial systems of Denmark, Norway and Sweden are revealed.
