Features of legal regulation of public service

In this paper, the author considers amendments to the Land Code regarding the definition of a public easement, which imply a new legal structure of a land easement and introduce a new chapter that is devoted to a new form of public easement. Based on the analysis, it was revealed that these changes in the law have a number of features and contradictions that require additional consideration and improvement.
