This work is devoted to study electro-optical properties of the NLC doped CdSe/ZnS semiconductor quantum dots with a concentration in the range of 0.5-1.5 mg / ml. We showed the reducing tendency of the optical response times and the threshold voltage of the Fredericks effect with the increase of the quantum dots concentration.
