Features of clinical manifestations of arterial hypertension in patients with hyperuricemia

The paper presents the latest data from international studies devoted to the study of gout, hyperuricemia and their relationship with hypertension. The topic of pathogenetic approach to the treatment of hypertension in patients with concomitant pathology is highlighted. Recommendations for the use and contraindications of a number of antihypertensive drugs are indicated.
