The peculiarities of staff strategies in the organizations of social protection of population

This article analyses the typology of staff strategies and staff strategies in state organizations of social protection of population are analized. The analysis revealed that the peculiarities of the state organizations of social protection of population help to carry out the identificational staff strategy because of the predomination of its signs with other elements. This makes possible to define peculiar current problems in the human resources management. These problems require adequate measures to be taken.
