The analysis of the features of the immunoregulatory indices among child population living in conditions of exposure to strontium was carried out. The increased mean concentration of strontium in the blood of the studied cohort regarding reference values (in 1.4 times) and refer the similar value of the comparison group (in 4 times) was established. The ratio RANKL/osteoprotegrin was evidently in 1.6 times higher in the study group relative to the control one. The immunoregulatory violations in children resident in the zones of exposure to strontium were revealed and were manifested in statistically significant increase of the specific sensibilization level relative to the norm of the control group due to the IgG criteria, activation of CD127-, as well as to the oppression of the contents of T-cell phenotype CD95 +.
