Features and significance of the suspension of proceedings in the arbitration process

This article is devoted to the analysis of the institution of suspension of proceedings in a case in the arbitration process. Based on the analysis of the RF APC, the features of the institution under consideration are highlighted. The value of the suspension of the proceedings is given. All the circumstances, in the presence of which the court suspends the proceedings, are considered in detail. The definition of this institute is given.
