Features of functioning of the institution of representative, authorized to protect the rights of entrepreneurs (business ombudsman) in foreign countries

Purpose: Investigation of the features of the organization and functioning of the human rights institute of the Representative, authorized to protect the rights of entrepreneurs (business ombudsman) in foreign countries, revealing the features of the organization, functioning and development trends. Methodology: Historical-legal, comparative and and formally-legal methods were used. Results: In the current economic conditions the need to create mechanisms to protect the rights of entrepreneurs in Russia, as well as the development and improvement of the human rights institute of Representative, authorized to protect the rights of entrepreneurs (business ombudsman) is one of the country's ongoing state-legal reforms. In the article the features of the organization and functioning of the human rights institute of the Representative, authorized to protect the rights of entrepreneurs (business ombudsman) in foreign countries, summarizes the experience of the functioning of the human rights institution, which can be used in our country, established the similarities and differences in the organization, functioning, powers and working methods of the business ombudsmen of foreign countries. Novelty/originality/value: In the article there is the comparative analysis of the organization and functioning of the institution of the Representative, authorized to protect the rights of entrepreneurs (business ombudsman) in foreign countries. The article has a high scientific value because it is one of the first attempts to consider the characteristics of the organization and functioning of the Human Rights Ombudsman institution business in foreign countries.
