Features of forming strategies for the development of railway transport in Russian Federation

Resume: In this article, the author considers the procedure and features of developing a strategy for the development of railway transport in the Russian Federation. The analysis of problems arising in the development of railway transport in the country is considered. The problems existing at present in the work of railway transport are described.
