Features of the delivery of court costs in the settlement of the cadastre value of land plots in the market size

The article analyzes the peculiarities of cases on recovery of court expenses in cases when the court decision determines the cadastral value in the amount of a market one. The criterion of reasonableness of limits of collection of court expenses, the subject of proof on such cases, the persons from which judicial expenses are subject to collection, and the grounds for their exemption from payment of court expenses are determined. The author makes proposals on improving law enforcement practice.
