Specific properties of cerebral blood circulation in students of different level of fitness in various conditions of mental activity

The article presents the results of the dynamics of the main indicators of cerebral hemodynamics of students with different levels of physical fitness in some types of mental activity. The following parameters were determined by computer bitemporal rheoencephalography in 51 students of Volgograd state University (age 17.9±1.3 years): total pulse blood filling of the brain, the tone of small resistive cerebral arteries, the indicator of venous outflow of blood from the cerebral pool. 5-minute ECG monitoring with subsequent calculation of heart rate, voltage index of regulatory systems was performed before reoencephalography. Surveys were conducted in two groups: a) untrained students (control); b) students who regularly engage in sports (rhythmic gymnastics and aerobics). The results of the research should be taken into account in conditions of increased mental stress, during physical sports and other forms of strenuous work activity.
