Special economic zone in Kaliningrad oblast under new conditions

Nine years ago, the President of the Russian Federation signed the Federal Law No. 13-F3 of January 26, 1996 “On the Special Economic Zone in the Kaliningrad Region” (hereinafter, the SEZ in the Kaliningrad Region). Since then, various scientific publications and mass media have discussed in detail both the achievements and failures of applying the provisions of the Law to the realities of the economic life of the region.
