Bases of therapy of neurocognitive deficit in schizophrenia (literature review)

In the article are examined the modern positions of the problem of neurocognitive deficits in schizophrenia, its clinical developments, aetiopathogenesis and diagnostic verification. The special accent is made on the review of modern representations about neurophysiological and neurobiocemical fundamentals of therapy specific cognitive disturbances at the disease. There are carry out comparative analysis of gears of development of clinical effects called by different groups of antipsychotic medications, capabilities of originating and correction of unfavorable consequences of therapy. 30 references utilized.
