Main issues related to special proceedings in civil proceedings

In this scientific article, the authors explore some of the features of civil cases in special proceedings. The main features of special production are studied, and a constructive analysis of existing problems in this area is carried out. The research uses materials of legislation, statistics, as well as works of domestic scientists in the field of civil law.
