Primary trends and problems of victimological crime prevention

The article discusses three levels of victimological crime prevention: social, special, individual. Particular attention is paid to the forms of individual prevention. At each level, the objects and subjects, as well as the main directions of victimological prevention are defined. The analysis of the current legislation is carried out. The challenge of the lack of legal regulation of victimological prevention at the legislative level is issued.
