Organizational and legal peculiarities of the economic crime department of the Internal Ministry of Russia in the prevention of crimes in the agricultural sector

Introduction: the article discusses some problematic issues of organizational and legal support of economic security and anti-corruption units of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the prevention of crimes in the agricultural sector, including those arising in the process of interagency cooperation, at the management level. Some conceptual solutions to the issues of interaction between the internal affairs bodies and state executive bodies that operate in the field of agriculture have been proposed. Materials and methods: the regulatory framework of the study is the criminal and criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as government programs to ensure food security and the development of the agro-industrial complex.
