Organization of implementation operational programs for single and small-scale production

The paper deals with features of the organization and implementation of operational programs, providing a uniform, rhythmic work of the company in terms of single and small-scale production. Determined the equation for the formation of values of the actual outrunning launch and release of parts and assembly units. It is shown that the qualitative development of the operational programs is ensured by the presence of calendar-planning regulations, and the organization of completeness of operational accounting.
