Experience of modernization the out-of-date boiler equipment for the purpose of increase their individual capacity and improvement technicaleconomic and ecological characteristics

The concept of modernization the morally out-of-date and physically worn out equipment with increase boilers steam productivity at the expense of realization on them modern technological decisions with preservation of existing overall dimensions of boiler cells and its auxiliaries is presented. Modernization provides improvement of technical and economic indicators and ecological characteristics of boiler work at the expense of realization on boilers modern technological decisions and equipment by highly effective ash collectors with ash collection factor not less than 99,4-99,5%, established in existing cells. Because modernization of several boilers HPS manages more cheaply capital-intensive building of the new boiler, offered decisions lead to decrease in specific investment expenses for reception of additional heat (steam). As an example results of realization the presented decisions are resulted at modernization of two types boiler units BKZ-320-140 and BKZ-420-140 working on Ekibastuz coal. As a result of reconstruction of two boilers BKZ-320-140 with increase of their steam productivity to 400 t/h and six boilers BKZ-420- 140 with increase of their steam productivity to 460 t/h, the thermal power station has increased total productivity on 400 t/h.
