An experience of introductional and karyological researches of Iris sibirica L. - the rare species of flora of Bashkortostan

The results of researches of an introduction of the rare ornamental and medicinal species - Iris sibirica L. at the Botanical Garden-Institute of Ufa Scientific Center are presented. The data on its morphology, phenology, biology of flowering, ornamental qualities and seed production are shown. The results of palynomorphological and karyological researches are presented.
