The article focuses on the issues concerning optimization of investigation team’s actions for criminal investigation and solution, especially cooperation of the investigator and operative divisions’ officers. The researcher stresses that it is necessary to man the investigation team according to psychological compatibility of officers, their individual leadership qualities and their previous cooperation in the team.
