Optimization of prelaunch readiness of highly skilled rowers in kayak and canoes during their participation in competitions

The article is devoted to the problem, which specialists do not pay enough attention. Not all athletes equally well perceive the psychological effects of a coach and a psychologist to prepare for the start. In this regard, the goal was set - using its own pedagogical methodology to optimize this process and test its effectiveness. To test its effectiveness, a method of comparative pedagogical experiment between experimental and control groups of test - rowers in kayak and canoes was used and their sporting achievements were revealed.
