Possibility of optimization the parameters of test influence for the purpose of increase the sensitivity of non-linear vibrodiagnostic methods of mechanical systems with dry friction by usage of sensitivity func-tion of diagnostic parameter to controllable parameter is considered. The example of a choice of the op-timal test influence providing essential magnification of sensitivity at determination of non-linear dissipa-tive parameters of dry friction at forced oscillations of dynamic system is shown. The considered ap-proach testifies to advantages of non-linear vibrodiagnostic methods in comparison with the linear.
