Determination of failure probability of the KAMAZ - 740.63.400 diesel engine turbochargers

Бесплатный доступ

To prevent failures and malfunctions of combined internal combustion engines, to determine their sources, it is necessary to know the causes, mechanisms and processes of their occurrence, as well as the effect offailures of various elements on the performance of the system as a whole. Knowledge of the laws of distribution of random variables allows us to describe the probability of failure in the operation of internal combustion engines (ICE). In the article, we estimate the random values of the operation time to failure of the KAMAZ-740.63.400 diesel engine turbochargers using mathematical statistics and probabilistic estimation. These engines are installed on the KAMAZ trucks chassis, which are widely used in the agricultural sector as grain trucks and road trains. For a probabilistic estimate, we applied the law of normal distribution (Gauss-Laplace).
